Shipping Policy

At ToeShape, we work to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking, and what to do if there is a shipping issue.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where tracking is available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 4–10 business days.
